The floor tablet is not surveillance — it is a personal earnings counter: an operator sees what she produced and earned the same day, not at month end from the supervisor. There are two actions: scan the bundle and hand it in. Big screen, minimal steps, hard to get wrong. Disputed pay becomes rare — and that is the first thing the floor notices.

Roughly one working day to configure and a first week for the floor to settle in. You need to enter styles, operations and rates, people and tablets. You don’t do it alone: with yearly billing we guide the launch — step by step, on your own data, answering questions until the floor reaches its first payroll calculated in the system. Catalogues are entered by your own employee, the person who knows the styles and the rates, so the knowledge stays at the factory instead of leaving with a contractor. We don’t ask you to stop production and don’t require migrating years of history — we start from current orders.

People drop systems that must be fed by hand: someone has to type in output every evening, and a month later that someone is gone. Here the data comes from the work itself — from bundle scans operators already make to get paid. As long as the floor is sewing, the records fill themselves. No dedicated person “for the system” is needed.

Whatever you already have. The system is cloud-based and runs in a browser on any device: an operator’s phone, a tablet at the workstation, a computer or laptop in the office — the layout adapts to the screen. No barcode scanners needed: a phone or tablet camera is enough. The only usual purchase is a label printer for QR tags at cutting. No servers to install, no software to deploy: open the link and work.

Today the platform runs on our own servers in Russia, with daily backups. For customers outside Russia we agree the hosting region with you before launch and never move your data to a region you have not approved — tell us your requirement in the form and we will confirm what we can deliver and by when. Your production data belongs to you: export is available at any time, and if you leave the platform we hand it over in an open format.

Yes — that case is built in. Since 1 January 2022 California’s Garment Worker Protection Act (SB 62) bans paying garment workers by the piece and requires an hourly rate at or above minimum wage, with a $200-per-employee penalty for each pay period paid by piece rate; workplaces under a qualifying collective bargaining agreement are the exception. Shveika.pro has an “Hourly + bonus” pay model for exactly this: people are paid hourly from timer records, while output measured from bundle scans drives the bonus and the efficiency reports. You keep the operational picture that piece-rate counting gives you without paying by the piece — and every hour and every scan is recorded, which is what a wage audit asks for.
